isubscribe softly launched its first loyalty program 'isubscribe Rewards' in September 2019 and the initial results are refreshingly positive with over 50,000 members to date.
The program is the first and only of its kind in Australia encompassing over 3000 print and digital magazine subscriptions and subscription boxes.
“We’re really excited by the early take up of the program and see a lot of opportunity for our customers, partners and products.” said isubscribe Managing Director Hunter Drinan.

The business has had a long history with loyalty programs having been an ‘earn’ and ‘burn’ partner for major loyalty programs over its 20 years, including the Qantas Frequent Flyer and Virgin’s Velocity Frequent Flyer programs and isubscribe NZ is still an active partner of New Zealand’s Fly Buys program.
With this experience isubscribe Managing Director Hunter Drinan knew the benefits a loyalty program could deliver and observed some of the secrets to success. Isubscribe Rewards is purposefully straight forward.
Drinan said, “We want to reward customers for buying with us and supporting our business and we want that process to be easy.
“We don’t want to weigh customers down with too many possibilities and steps for receiving rewards. In the same way we approach ecommerce, we want the rewards experience with us to be efficient. We feel this is the best service we can provide our customers.

In September 2019 isubscribe launched the first phase of its loyalty program for existing and new customers. Initial feedback is extremely positive with customers happy to benefit from everyday transactions and the ability to redeem points at any time. Points don’t expire.
Customers are rewarded with 5 points for every $1 spent at isubscribe.com.au and earn points when they update their profile. Members also receive store credit on their birthday. Other benefits include early notice of sales, bonus points promotions and exclusive offers.
